We have not stayed at the resort but at the hotel down the road, which is run by the same owners, we find the cleaning great.
The spa we have frequented many times for treatments. They are clean facilities and extremely professional workers at a very cheap rate.
We have also dined at the restaurant (it has the same menu as green garden hotle and febris hotel in tuban). The food has always been delicious and very reasonably priced. The upstairs dining is especially good for sunsets.
