I got back from Kuta two weeks ago.. most night places are fairly quiet.. The Bounty Ship is probably the place with the most people from about 10:30pm onward. Although happy hour from 7-12 (not quite 1hr!) so cheap drinks.. MbarGO was alright later at night and Paddys was just pretty expensive for drinks, oh and Bar66 in Seminyak (spelling?) is pretty good on weekends but has a cover charge. Hope that helps!
