Can you ask them if they could be sitting outside by the pool straight out the front of their rooms, could you hear if a child woke-up?
My travel agent was going to e-mail the MBR to request ground floor rooms, I'm thinking it might be easier to just request these rooms instead!!
Also have you or do you know anyone that has had things shipped back??
Things such as paintings, bedspreads, harder things to carry!
