We recently stayed in The Sunset Suite @ Bali Mystique in Seminyak (well, Petitenget actually) and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The suite is very spacious with heaps of room to move around and the views are just superb. Sub penthouse level, very plush and private with its own elevator. It's part of a nice hotel with the choice of two swimming pools. Only five minutes or so beach and La Lucciola.
We looked at several villas in Seminyak, including Wilsana and Alu Bali but nothing matched it for quality and value for money.
The owners are very nice and seem happy to negotiate on price.
