Get together 2-3 well documented examples and contact Today Tonight. They love stories like this - if they are willing to go up against the airline.
Anyway, after reading all about the situation here, I won't pay to go with them. I have ff tickets with QF in April out of Perth, and I'm going to phone and find out what carrier is actually taking us.
