I am hearing all these complaints not disimiliar to our experience, so for future travellers comfort I have decided to vote with our feet and emails to the CEO of Jetstar.
Please forward all experiences via email to myself and I will compile all messages and bring this situation to a head.
Lets do something NOW as I am afraid, was mentioned to us by a QANTAS employee at the airport- they are vying for a monopoly on all flights to Bali out of Oz and soon we may have no choice on airline.
Lets put this poor service to rest- so we , as the paying customer
can enjoy all our Bali holiday stories and experiences "Once Again"
