I wasn't happy having to go with Jetstar either and am especially worried now with all this negative feedback. Hopefully things pick up and they get their act together.
I too will give them a ring next week to check up on what we actually get when we travel with Jetstar. At this stage I'm happy to monitor the situation unless of course they tell me we have to buy extras...I think I'll be cancelling if that is the case. Not a nice way to treat your FF's, Qantas!!
It was just a wonderful way to get a budget trip to Bali for my 50th birthday. I will certainly keep my eyes open for any news about how Jetstar is going.
