I enquired as to when Jetstar may be taking over that route and they did not know. I then asked what class we would be travelling in if they did take over and was told cattle class, or we would have the option to cancel with no penalty if we didn't like that option.
No extras..nothing. I have found in the past, though, that Qantas will negotiate deals for its ff. For example when schedules changed last year and it was unsuitable for me to go via Singapore which was my only option, they booked me on Garuda
