Last year we were stung by air paradise and Gi Gi got to sell us more tickets with Garuda (I guess she could see a 2nd commission) for our christmas trip to bali. I specifically asked if she would wave her 2nd commission on these new tickets as we had already paid commission on the original Air Paradise tickets she had sold us. She agreed! Then when we asked for her to break down the charges on the new tickets she was found out, not only did she charge us a second commission she also charged us more than the Garuda direct price (they did a special deal with for Air Paradise customers. Gi gi got 2 commissions and profits on 4 tickets, technically she sold 8 tickets and we got one trip. Gi gi had been paid Air Paradise had been paid in full, got the full money and we did had to buy 2 tickets each. Gi Gi gained 2 lots of commission and she charged us more than what I could have to the fares direct from Garuda, but we were bound to go with her for the new tickets as we would forfeit our accomodation costs if we cancelled with her. NEVER again, we had used her for years and I had sent family and friends to her also!! This year we used Nicki and what a difference, she was unbelievable. Unfortunately, our son was diagnosed with a brain tumour the day after I paid in full for our tickets. Without breaking confidentality (on Nicki's behalf) I would like to say that she had a refund cheque to us before we go home from hospital from the surgery. Nicki is the only agent i will use now and have already advised my friends to use her. Nicki is a true angel!
