Their FF programme is accessed on line and can be joined on-line. From all info that I have seen on the site there is no back-dating of flights. You start fresh after enrolment. A lot of Indonesian sites are still down after the Taiwan earthquake but are getting back in action now. The point allocation and usage seems very good and I have had no problems at all with it over last two years of very frequent flying.
