An I T question re K drive

I have a "silver thinggy" that has all my bali info storred on it. It says its a USB Drive and you plug it in to the computer and select K and bingo all info available

My question can I take it to bali and use at the cyber cafe in Garlic Lane or are the computers too old. It would be better than talking all that paper. i could just look up what I need
