Would love to recommend the driver I use, Rico. Excellent English and a fun, happy go lucky guy, with a lot of knowledge of Bali, You can't go past any place of significance without a good explanation from Rico. He can be reached on +628123913769 (from Australia) or 08123913769 if you are in Bali.
The car (wagon) is airconditioned and clean, he always provides an esky with drinks.
I used his services in September 06 and plan to contact him again for March in 07.
