when we were there in the suite rooms and I don't think they have them in the superior rooms either. I took over a cheap kettle from home with my tea and coffee and bought milk to leave in the bar fridge in the room.
You can even buy kettles in Bali that are really cheap if you don't want to take one over. I gave my one to a balinese friend at the end of our stay who really appreciated it.
