David and I got married in June in Bali and did all our bookings with Mida. She is a lovely girl who is more than happy to help with anything she can. We even invited her to our wedding and she came with a friend who I think is Ari. We noticed that Ari seemed to have the upper hand and was quite bossy. Even though we had never met her before, she acted like SHE was our friend, not Mida.
We would still like to use Mida for our hotel bookings, so lets hope one of us can get through to her soon.
Please dont give up on Mida.
