Hi there, we too have been trying to get prices from Mida. The problem we are having is that Ari seems to be intercepting Mida's emails and getting the prices instead. We have always had great service and fantastic prices from Mida, but Ari always comes back higher than the hotel or agent. They both have a completely different writing style so we can tell that Ari is emailing not Mida.
We dont know how to contact Mida direct apart form her mobile, but I believe that is a work number too, so no guarantees it is her who will get the message. We have never had to pay Mida before arriving at the hotel and before we are happy with our room etc. Sorry this is not much help, but if you get to the bottom of the problem we would like to know. We will keep trying to contact Mida too.
