One in particular which we have used is Sinar Bali. If you get one of their bigger rooms, you should have enough room to put in extra beds. This is a small family, very budget hotel, with aircon and a nice little pool. By budget I mean approx $30 per night.It is in a great location right near Poco Loco and Niksoma.
Another budget would be Green Garden in Kuta. Very nice hotel and I think they have a family room. Fiona and Bodgen would be able to give you more of an idea about this though.
