in Bali and yes you will need it. You can purchase from shops outside the Aston. I have found the money changers really dodgy at Tanjung Benoa, try all the tricks they can. Is ATM's available that give money in rupiah or use Kodak stores (but still watch for scams)I found good honest money changer outside the Matahari Supermarket in Kuta Square.
Lots of places outside Aston for massages etc.
