I would copy it and show it where eating. Sometimes you tell them and they nod and say yes they understand but this is not always the case.
Allergy to nuts.
Below pecifies any nuts, not just peanuts. Otherwise could be some confusion with other nuts not perceived as peanuts.
Some people have allergies just to peanuts, others all nuts.
