I havent got a russian speaking instructor, but have a very good friend who teaches on the beach and guarantees he will have you up in first lesson. Believe me, he is very patient and cant remember the cost but it does not matter how long it takes you to get the hang of it, its all included. Let me know if you want his number. It is Andreas Surf Shack and its located where they call it middle beach, over the road from hotel Wina. Have fun
