Jalan Kesatria, Tuban right opposite the army barracks there. If you are coming from Discovery mall you would turn left at hotel Jatra and then keep going straight ahead, past Pepito supermarket and it's a few hundred metres further up on the left not far before the road meets jalan raya Tuban again (you would turn left there to return to Kuta)
