I bought Office 2003 in Bali in April and had no problems installing on son's laptop. I did ask him and he said maybe your discs don't have Autorun. Maybe check in My Computer and see if it is showing a disc in the CD drive. If it is, you may be able to install through Control panel & Add/Remove Programs.
