Many of the good quality steaks in Bali are provided by a German Butcher named Sven. When I first ate at Yutz Restaurant I was stoked in the quality of their meat. I then sought out their supplier. I am happy to say that I now have a freezer full of this TOP quality meat. I appreciate that the majority of folk reading this will be tourists and therefore disinterested in meat suppliers. However to any expats or new arrivals check out this guys great range of produce. cheers Ron
