Jl Legian was closed from Melasti (or higher?) down to Bemo corner. They had to Ogah Ogah in Jl Legian from 3pm for judging. You could vote for your favourite. After sunset they picked them up and began the parade south and around that block. I would stay clear of there after lunch on Nyepi eve.
