I finally found the information on their website. Go to Questions and Answers and click on the Baggage Lost and Found and it takes you a bit further.
No length restrictions by the look of it.
"How many surfboards can I bring without paying extra cost?"
Yes, you may bring with you only one surfboard as additional checked which weigh not more than 20kgs. If you bring more than one you will be charged as normal excess rate.
