had 27kg in one suitcase due to bringing back t-shirts for SAPOL- with a logo for their team. had a letter- properly done, letterhead, the works. they read it, nup too bad. and we didn't then just have to take out 2 kgs to reach the max of 25. they wanted it down to 20kgs... alas! we managed!
