Webjet Frustration

Hi,
I'm trying to source some flights for my parents and I'm punching in the dates that I know Garuda flights are leaving from Perth and I have even been to the Garuda website to check that there are seats on the flights.
When I do a search on Webjet, no Garuda flights show up. How can this be when I know there are flights on those days, and that there are seats available?
Please help!
