I would definately buy one in Australia first before you went to Bali.Get a light cheap one from Toys R Us or Target or even a garage sale.They are taken off you once you arrive at the airport gate and given back to you once you land.The price of the cheapest strollers in Matahari and Macro last year were equivalent to $60AUS.
As the other posts say you can then leave the stroller in Bali to a needy family if you don't want to take it back home.
