The earrings my hubby picked for me are white gold 18crt and diamond (0.6 cart)and the price was about 200 USD ( mind you it was on sale) the ring was a little above 500 USD. The store there is a branch of a famous international jewellery chain (i think its beligian) you get a warranty card when u buy anything from them and a catalouge too.
There is also an area called Celuk i think where there are plenty of silver factories where u can visit and can bargain if u want to buy from them. I think most drivers or tour guides know this area.
