Shauna is referring to is the old bungee jump site. The name of the road is Jalan Sriwijaya [hope I have spelt that correctly.
This is the road on the opposite side of Jalan Legian at the junction of Jalan Melasti and Jalan Legian If you follow this road around the bend there are a few shops and on the right hand side [if you are heading south] is the old bungee jump site. You cant miss the swimming pool and the old tower. I noticed they had signs for swimming lessons when I was there in Sept / Oct.
A little further up on the corner is Bali Cyber Cafe.
