The one & only time we wanted to claim back any money it was a major stuff up just because of a stupid mistake that HE made. All I will say is HE had accidentally put the receipts in the suitcase & we therefore couldn't claim.
Fortunately it was a business related item & we were able to claim the GST back through the business.Considering the area of work he is in - he should have thought ahead & known better.He was teased about it for some time <LOL>
Word of warning - make sure that the paperwork you need stays in your wallet or purse & doesn't get put in your bags.
