As you probably already know by know you can spend heaps of time in Singapore airport & not be bored.Make sure you get a map & check out all the lovely garden areas - including the rooftop Sunflower area .Youi can even go downstairs & clear customs without a visa & get a great $10 haircut at the airport downstairs hairdressers.Even as a fussy hairdresser myself - I even approved & thought they did a good haircut on me ! The poor guy doing it was as nervous as hell when he realised I was a hairdresser but that would be no different in Oz - re a hairdresser cutting another hairdresseres hair.
Also good chemist shop downstairs for cheap skin care stuff.Go for a ride on the train from one terminal to the other.The place is huge & fun to explore.
Check out the prices of the watches on special on the watch bar,they have some really trendy watches when you want to buy good quality stuff for teenage sons or daughters - that I know you have.
Don't bother with the chocolate bar stand - rather pricey.Pick up the airport magazine - has heaps of info in it.
