just got back about a week ago was shocked at how quiet it was ,hardly saw any tourists!Friends are there now been there for two weeks spoke to them last night 11pm said thier jetstar plane was full but in bali they havent seen anyone they are at seminyak I think the planes are full but everyone is scattered over the island instead of one place in some ways is good stops the crazys plotting anything in crowded areas but not real good for the balinese!Must admit the balinese were in pretty good spirits when I visited they are certainly looking to the future with hope that bali will fully recover.Unfortunately saw to many restaurants empty and shops closed and gone and balinese friends looking for any type of work.Also heard on the street that bag snatching and stealing was quite common again.January the rainy season in bali also is heavily booked going to bali???
