Hi There, we own timeshare here and it is saturday to saturday but you can arrive when you want as long as you let them know but you do lose the days you don't use. Our winter is European and American holiday time but usually if you book well in advance you would have no problem. As they have added on extra rooms I have never been there when it has had 100% occupancy although it does depend on what size unit you are needing. Have you got email contact details for PBR?
