found that there were more people around than I had expected. We were there last year when the bombs went off and following that we felt as if we were the only ones left there. This time around there were people at night in restaurants (we actually had to wait for a table at La Luciolla) and we certainly were not the only tourists on the streets during the day. We stayed at the Padma in Legian and there were plenty of Aussies there. Certainly not what you'd call 'busy' but I was pleasantly surprised by the number of people around.
