Premier Lounge

Hoping someone who has been to the Premier Lounge recently can tell me how much it costs. I went this Janaury and was charges 617,700 for 2 adults and my 15 year old. They stated US$ then used the exchange rate of 6,295rph per US$ (which was well above the going rate).

Think we paid too much but interested in what is currently charged and whether it is better to have US$, A$ or rph to pay.
