this year and the weather was ok, not unbearable.
Ramadan was on this year whilst we were there and only the shops that are owned by Muslims closed for 3 days I think it was.
Also heaps of people come to Bali from joining islands for the holiday period and there were a lot of screaming kids with them, but it was all good.
Ok don't go calling me a racist etc but we stayed at Garden View Cottages and there were people getting their bags snatched just out the front and we were told it was because people come to Bali from joining islands for the holiday and can't afford to get back home so just make sure you have a firm grip onto your handbag.
