Do they prove the rule? One of my Balinese mates is exceptionally outgoing and has a very angular face...and he is very dismissive of Javanese to put it politely. I have also met conservative and round-faced Javanese.
I know some excellent Javanese people of the Moslem faith and I know some Balinese who can be ruthless and unscrupulous. I have heard Balinese refer to "Kintimanese thugs"!
There's no way I would try to pick between the two races, especially on "face value"....LOL!
I have sometimes wondered if it wasn't too easy for the Balinese to automatically blame the Javanese for anything untoward regardless of the origin of the perpetrator.
And why are Lombokians and Madurese getting off Scott-free LOL :)
Look, the Balinese overall are a wonderful race of people and they recognise that there are good people and bad people from every race and creed but mostly good, as should we all.
BTW the Bounty Ship is now officially off my "hit" list....sorry couldn't resist...one of my Balinese mates works there, I'll ask him if he can enlighten me on these incidents.
