My son and have stayed 2 times at http://www.villanagamaya.com - check out Merrick's site. It's in Legian/Seminyak near the beach and shops.
His prices are really good for what he has to offer. If you have any questions just email him, he'll get to back to you fast. I think his walk-in rates are the same as his online ones. But he only has the 2 villas so the place fills up fast.
My son will be turning 14 this month - we're planning to be there in Jan. or Feb.
