regardless of whether they are Balinese, Javanese, Sumartran etc....they are citizens of Indonesia, and as far as I am away have a perfect right to move anywhere they want in the Republic of Indonesia.
Or perhaps we should apply the same judgements to people moving interstate from East to West Australia, or vice versa.....
and just stating something is "not racist" does not make it so.
