for personality, it depends on the person i think. But actually javanese are known to be a very quite, type of people,... but then again, that depends on what area of JAVA they are from...
if your from central java.. very "kalem" or quitely spoken... if your from east Java - surabaya.. your very "kasar" or harshly spoken... if your from west java hmm also "kalem" but still more out going than central javanese.... these are the traits that the javanese have given themselves for each area...
