If you are after perfumes then go to Jasina Cosmetics at The High Street Centre at 1 Northbridge Rd and ask for the testers. They also have all the range in the original packaging also but they are still cheaper then Duty Free.

I found Robinsons Department Stores and the O G Department Stores (great children wear)good for shopping. Also Centro in Orchard Road (is in the Mall that Singapore Airlines Office is in). Also don't miss Seiyu Department Store opposite Bugis, great shopping.

Arab Street for the cheapest fabric range. I paid A$58 a metre for evening fabric (beads and sequins) which I reckon you would pay at least A$300 a metre in Australia.

I am not a designer shopper so Orchard Road didn't get much of my money but it is still nice to wander up it.

They don't have a lot for the larger person.

What Hotel are you staying at.
