Advice - Anniversary Dinner

We are going to Bali in Jan 2007. While there we have our 40th Wedding anniversary (OK I feel old!!!). Want to surprise my wife with a top - no cost spared - dinner. Obviously a romantic setting preferred. We are staying in Sanur one week than CandiDasa next. Don't mind travelling away but local best.
Please your best recommendations.
