shared this info with many other forumites via email over the years - but here goes- Hot with dash of honey & even a slice of lemon,Very nice chilled with a few slices of lemon in a large jug with lots of ice on a hot day.Also magic as a base for a tea based punch for a party with ginger ale,lemonade,pineapple juice - add lots of ice,the hulled strawberries,crushed pineapple,mint leaves & then your favourite tipple for great party punch bowl.
BTW - I think if you search hard enough you will find that most Asian supermarkets stock good quaility ginger tea.I never have trouble getting it these days but I do agree tht the Bali Ginger tea really is something special.It really is our favourite.
