If the flight times are for flights to and from Perth. Due to daylight saving departure from Perth is 1 hour later (daylight saving time)arrival time Bali stays the same (Bali) time.
On return the departure from Bali is the same (Bali) time but arrives at Perth 1 hour later (daylight saving time).
You don't miss out on any ground time in Bali!!!
