I got some Louis Vuitton thongs with heels for my daughter (size 38) and myself (size 42) at a market stall in legian almost directly across the road from Indo-National restaurant from a guy called Anton. Also got another couple of pairs from Centro located at the top of the 'going up' escalator outside of Timezone from a guy who has a little stall set up there. They were also in some other market stalls which sold the beaded thongs.
