You will contact Department of Fair Trading as well as the airline ombudsman and see what they have to say! and You will contact the media and see what their opinion is! These two phrases always work for me (just use the relevant ombudsman for the business) as when a company is in the wrong, as Jetstar clearly is in this instance, they will always back down very quickly. You also have a valid claim for interest on the monies they owed you.
