I agree, I would be getting in contact with them again. If they made the mistake, they should be refunding you the whole amount. If It was me I would be fighting tooth and nail, they probably think that you wouldn't worry about $40, but $40 is $40 and to them it is nothing. They are one big fish and should be bought back down to size and do the right thing. Good luck with it, let us know how you get on.
