Garuda is my perosnal favorite for the location, and staff. It's part of Inna Group and historically goes back to the dutch ear, but is kpet modernized quite well.-- price when booking at the airport on arival is normally in the range of 350,00-550,000 (seasonal) for deluxe with breakfast-- Junior suite around 850,000.
Newer and also in pertty good locations are the Melia Purisani and Santika-- both a litle more expensive.
If you daugher is a Gajah Mada and you want to stay out in that direction I think there is a Quality --used to be a Sheraton but mas closed in July from earthquake damage.
