You generalise very heavily "but murderers and pedophiles still get a lot more time than drug pushers and users".Being an ex Police Officer I can assure you that this is not the case a lot of the time. One of the main bones of contention with Law Enforcement Agencies in Australia is the huge inconsistency in sentencing for different offences.
Your original post was "20 years for a bag of pot" I take it you mean Corby and a Boogy Board full of pot is a lot more than "a bag of pot"
My comment re Glass houses is that, in my opinion, don't run down the Indonesian justice system, when in reality our's is not much better.
Also Bashir was charged with conspiracy, in that he gave tacit approval to Amrozi. He was not charged or accused of mastermining the bombing, as there was no evidence to support this.
