Must say I'm stunned they are the same price. Haven't stayed at either but walked through both. Did not like KLR at all, felt like a concrete jungle. Rooms fairly basic, and pool access no biggy, just means you lose privacy I felt.
Jayakarta on the beach. KLR on Jl Legian. so closer to main shopping. Of course some love KLR but I felt barely 3*.
Gardens etc much better at Jayakarta.
